Year 3 visit Verulamium

Year 3 recently spent the day at the Verulamium History Museum in St. Albans. In addition to having a fun time exploring the museum exhibits, the children were also able to understand how difficult it is to be an Archaeologist when they got to handle real Roman artefacts, trying to work out what each object was for. It was a great day, especially when the children found out what Romans do with a sponge on a stick!
