We hosted the first Fun Day in 3 years on Saturday and it certainly didn’t disappoint. The children from Years 3 - 8 attended the Sports Day in the morning and then the parents and children gathered together for their ‘year group’ picnics in the inner garden.
With over 14 stalls keeping the parents and children entertained the afternoon was brilliant fun. There were some firm favourites - Splat the Rat, Hook a Duck, Face Painting, Wang a Wellie and some new additions -Guess the Name of the Teacher and a hysterical Human Fruit Machine with our teachers randomly pulling out fruit from a box!
The 40ft inflatable obstacle course, bouncy castle and Sumo wrestling were as popular as always.
Thank you so much to the wonderful parents who made cakes, brought in donations, helped out on the stalls and spent the afternoon with their children. Mrs Lloyd and her team certainly did a fantastic job this year.
