Westbrook Hay Eco Warriors Committee have met 3 times so far this term. The committee is made up of representatives from Years 2 to 8.
The aim of the committee is to raise awareness on sustainability and environmentally friendly issues and to coordinate events that will result in Westbrook Hay being conferred the Green Flag status but they have to meet a number of standards before this is possible.
The energy within the members is unprecedented as evidenced by the number of local issues already raised. The minutes of the eco warriors meetings will be posted on the eco warriors board for all to see and the school community will be updated on any actions taken.
