Entrance Tests at 13+
We prepare our children for senior school entrance exams at 13+. We are delighted that we continue to achieve excellent results, aiming for 100% success at entrance into their first choice school at 13+.
Most senior schools require the children to sit their own entrance exams, and Westbrook Hay will prepare the children for those exams.
Academic Results
The focus of our academic preparation is for 13+ senior school entrance exams, however our children sit school exams and assessments at the end of every year. Depending on the age of pupils, papers may be SATs-style or based on ISEB papers. Progress is also monitored through individual, cohort, and year-on-year analysis of standardised scores. These results are for internal purposes only, but are shared with pupils and parents as per our Assessment, Reporting and Marking policy and are especially useful in guiding parents in senior school choices for their child.
