After completing her degree in French and Italian, Jo initially joined the Civil Service. A few years later, having gained a fascinating insight into the workings of government, she realised that her real desire was to be a French teacher and embarked on a Secondary PGCE at St Mary’s University.
Since then life and family have taken her around the world, and Jo has been lucky enough to teach French (and sometimes Latin) in a number of wonderful schools both in the UK and abroad. Out of school, Jo enjoys spending time with her family and young children, going for hikes, gardening and playing tennis whenever she get the chance.
