Mr Flain started his educational career working alongside Nike UK and the Youth Sport Trust across 75 London primary schools. He brings 20 years of teaching experience from a large Hertfordshire secondary school, where he spent a decade as Assistant Headteacher. Mr Flain has held a variety of leadership roles, including the Professional Development Lead for the Herts and Bucks Teaching School Alliance. Before joining Westbrook Hay, he established his own student coaching company, specialising in exam technique, memory retention, and habitual learning behaviours.
