At Westbrook Hay we are fortunate to have a 6 hole golf course and many of our children learn to play golf here. Unfortunately though, for the last two years we have been unable to run golf tournaments due to COVID restrictions. This made the golf team trials this year a very special event. The competition was made up of 2 rounds of 6 holes with tea in between. At the half way point, Nate was leading by two shots but a super final 6 holes saw Connor claw back his two shot deficit so the competition ended as a tie. A special congratulations to James C who had the only birdie of the day.
With the school putting in two teams for the inter prep school golf tournament the competition for places is high with many players staking their claim.
