Positions of Responsibility - Heads of House

Positions of Responsibility - Heads of House

Houses are an integral part of school life, fostering camaraderie across different year groups. They help create friendships, teamwork, and healthy competition. At the heart of this house system are the Heads of House, who play an important role in uniting pupils and guiding them towards success.

For the upcoming year, we are delighted to introduce our new Heads of House: James, Susannah, Max, and Anna. These children have shown leadership, dedication, and commitment to their respective houses. They are tasked with the responsibility of nurturing a sense of unity and striving for victory, all while fostering a spirit of camaraderie among their fellow house members.

The pinnacle of house pride is undoubtedly the coveted house trophy, akin to the FA Cup in the world of school competitions. The applause and cheers from the school community when the trophy was lifted last year were nothing short of thunderous, a testament to the excitement and passion that house events generate.

Max, one of our newly appointed Heads of House, shared his thoughts on this remarkable journey. "When I was younger, I looked up at all the Heads of Houses, and I can't believe I actually am one now," he said with an excited smile. "I'm passionate about trying to win everything that we can! I'm especially excited about house drama and determined to win. I'm so proud to be Head of House and can hopefully lead Dragon to the trophy."

Max's enthusiasm mirrors the spirit in our school's house system, where pupils of different ages and interests come together to celebrate their shared successes and support one another in house competitions.
