Pre Prep End of Year Celebration

Pre Prep End of Year Celebration

Today, we celebrated the end of term and the achievements of our youngest children.

The prizes awarded on this special occasion focused on the core values of our school: courage, integrity, togetherness, responsibility, independence, and being a reflective learner. These values are what make our school community special!

We are incredibly proud of our youngest children who often surpass expectations with their exceptional effort and boundless enthusiasm. Throughout the year, they have amazed us with their discoveries about minibeasts and their adventures in the world of Shakespeare.

The end-of-term celebration is a rare moment when we can all come together to celebrate our children's successes. It is crucial for the development of their self-confidence that every child has their own moment in the spotlight, acknowledging their unique achievements.

In Nursery and Reception, the form teachers carefully chose the value that best described each child, while in Years 1 and 2, the same value certificates were awarded, with some subject awards mixed in. We believe that every child is valuable and that their individual skills and character deserve recognition.

The Pre-Prep choir, comprising an incredible 37 Year 2 children, truly dazzled us with their performance of "This Is Me." They beautifully captured the essence of the song, reminding us all that we should embrace who we are meant to be.

Congratulations to all the pupils for their outstanding accomplishments this year! Let us continue to nurture their talents, foster their growth, and celebrate their uniqueness. Together, we will inspire and shape the leaders of tomorrow.
