STEM Space Project

STEM Space Project

Our Year 5 children have been learning about space, demonstrating their independence, they have spent several weeks working hard on their space projects. The impressive results show the courage that Year 5 have had to challenge themselves to work independently and reflectively. Prizes were awarded in our special assembly led by Professor Martin, who is an astrophysicist @UniofHerts, to 25 children but the overall winner was Sam L and his breathtaking portrayal of the Moon and included a poster, joke book and online quiz. Runners up prizes went to Erin for her unique entry of a video, containing facts about Saturn, which was hidden inside a book! Elise’s handmade cushion stitched to represent Jupiter was also magnificent.
