As part of the Westbrook Hay Adventure Programme, our Year 8 children had an incredible week away at PGL, Boreatton Park. An outdoor adventure centre, located in the heart of the Shropshire countryside, Boreatton Park had plenty of exciting activities on land and water for the children to enjoy. The children experienced some staggeringly high temperatures but managed to keep cool heads on the trapeze … With four scheduled activities each day, the children experienced a wide range of challenges from shooting to kayaking and from climbing to archery. They arrived back exhausted and in need of showers but will have lasting memories of the new challenges they have undertaken and some special time together as their time at Westbrook Hay comes to an end.
