Our Year 7s were able to expand their geography knowledge and engage their adventurous spirits in a jam-packed trip to Wales this term. Based in seaside town Barmouth, they had the opportunity to scale the impressive Cadair Idris in Snowdonia - nearly a 10km round trip! They also took part in immersive trips into a Welsh slate mine and Harlech Castle, learning all about the heritage in the local area. Coupled with a river study and excursions to the Welsh coastline, the trip balanced practical education with some brilliant team-bonding activities. The boys loved it!
