Westbrook Hay Prep School’s U13 football team are IAPS (Independent Association of Prep Schools) regional champions again, for the fifth time in six years. The boys played 6 matches at Chigwell School, Essex on Saturday 6th October, beating 16 other schools to the title. The boys scored 12 goals and conceded only one throughout the whole day and a 2-1 victory in the final, with goals from Archie F and Daniel K, over Bishop’s Stortford sealed what was a most impressive day’s football.
The next stop is the finals in November at King’s College, Taunton, where the school is defending the title they have won for the past two years.
