The Welsh Trip

Year 7

Mr Makower and Mr Ndau accompany the children in Year 7 to Barmouth in North Wales during the Christmas Term to support their geography studies. Some of the activities include river studies, beach studies, investigating power stations, tracking geographical features of a glacier and climbing Cadir Idris. In addition to learning plenty, the sand dunes of Harlech and manhunt on the beach outside the hotel make the trip a really fun experience.

See what the Year 7 children got up to 2018.

Year 7 traveled to Wales for their Geography field trip which included climbing Cadir Idris, visiting Harlech Castle, a river study and a walk following the path of a glacier. As you can see… we all had had great fun!
